Notwithstanding the issuance of this permit, all provisions of the Building and Zoning Codes must be complied with, whether specified herein or not.   Certified copies of all contracts must be presented in conjunction with permit application.   Construction sites must be kept clean at all times.  Overflowing dumpsters and unkempt sites will result in permits being revoked.  Construction signs must be removed at the end of every work day. The attached permit application is hereby approved and meets the Marple Township & PAUCC Code Requirements.  Please be advised this permit approval does not supersede your HOA and does not relieve you of your obligation to obtain approval from your HOA.
