•Since the Township’s may be initially bulk purchasing a limited quantity of the specified grinder pumps, the greater the initial participation, the greater the cost savings to you in re-purchasing the grinder pump through the Township. Should you choose to opt-in on the initial bulk pump purchase, payment to the municipality for your pump unit MUST be received within the next 12-18 months. By checking the box to “opt-in”, you are committed to purchasing the pump unit within the specified time period. If you opt-out, you will not be eligible for purchasing the grinder pumps at the bulk rate, and will be responsible to solicit local contractors for individual pricing when required to connect. Simplex (1 internal pump/up to 700 gal per day)
Duplex (2 internal pumps/ up to 3000 gal per day)
Size of the pump holding tank

Pump Voltage choice:
•Are there any known obstacles along your property/curb line that may pose a problem with installation of the low pressure sewer main on the house side of the curb (i.e. electric service to landscaping/light posts, electric dog fencing, irrigation/sprinkler systems, etc.)?
•Do you have a preferred location for the sewer lateral connection box the Township will place in front of your property for your use in connection to the sewer main? ( We will work with each individual homeowner to find the best location)
